Cardinal Game

Since Tom and I believe in giving each other "experiences" for gifts, and we were heading to Arizona the first of the year, he received tickets to the Cardinals/Packers game on January 3. (My sister gave her husband tickets as well, so we all headed to Glendale and the University of Phoenix stadium.)

Making their big entrance.....

A packed house, with a surprisingly large number of Packer fans! Fortunately the Cardinal fans are cordial and respectful of people supporting their team. Since both teams had made it to the playoffs, and Minnesota won their game,
Arizona played mostly second string guys. We got to see Kurt for only one quarter. Larry Fitzgerald played most of the game. In spite of the 33-7 score, it was a fun day and a great experience to see the stadium. In Phoenix, unlike other places, they roll the grass field outside the stadium for sun between games.
So, Sunday January 10 the Cardinals play the Packers once again, in Phoenix...and I guarantee it will be a different game!!! GO CARDS!
