The 4th in Alaska

What a great time. It was great anticipating the fireworks display all day....We waited and waited but it never got dark... That is a problem here. You cant sell bug zappers, it needs to be dark for them to work. My Indiglow watch never gets to have its light on. My watch never comes off, cause when I wake up its always light and dont know what time it is, so I need it handy. I havent seen dark for 3 weeks and I think I got 3 or more to go before we get a bit of dark. Blinds are good. My flashlight has never been touched. A person does get used to it. There is no reason to steal a car in Juneau...what would you do with it, no roads in or out.
